TP/2778/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Ajay S. Pagedar, Advocate for petitioner. PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Samiksha Adesh Karangutkar Nee Bharti Ghanshyam Patkar who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Pranita Prabhakar Patkar, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 01.05.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that Husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Parents of the husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by two Sister-in-law. Out of them one Sister-in-law is petitioner herein and another sister-in-law has given her consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 22.07.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
