TP/2785/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sameer Logade, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Dilip Ajitsinh Mulani and Mahesh Ajitsinh Mulani both being sons of deceased. Deceased namely Ajitsinh Gopaldas Mulani died intestate at Mumbai on 06.09.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 21.04.2025 since, identification proof of deceased is not available. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them both sons are petitioners herein and the daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
