28. TP/2793/2025 WITH WILL/1066/2025 Shri Jayant Wani and Sana Varhadi a/w Smt. Jyoti Badgujar i/by S.U. Lakdawala & Co., Advocate for Petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Nimesh Shantilal Salot being the Executrix named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely late Smt. Sushila Shantilal Salot, died at Mumbai on 08.07.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Copy of PAN Card is annexed for the identification purpose.

2. The deceased left behind him last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai, on 21.11.2024. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 2 of the Will refers to the appointment of two Executors are appointed. Out of them one is Petitioner herein and another Executor Smt. Daksha Nimesh Salot has reserved her rights as an Executor by an affidavit dated 14.05.2025.

3. As per para 8 of the Petition the parents and husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased and deceased is survive by one son who is Petitioner herein.

4. The affidavit of attesting witnesses Mahendra Bafna, it is dated 14.05.2025. The affidavit of general citation is filed and it is dated 14.07.2025.
