This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajesh Shashikant Maniar being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Bharati Shashikant Maniar died intestate at Mumbai on 02.07.2016. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Shashikant Narayandas Maniar died intestate at Mumbai on 15.06.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased No. 2 predeceased the deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and both the daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
