1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe and submitted that in order dated 16.09.2025 name of the act in para no. 6 is incorrect and same may be corrected.

2. Hence, in para no. 6 of the Order dated 16.09.2025 name of the act is corrected and read as "Indian Succession Act, 1925" instead of "Hindu Succession Act, 1956".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 16.09.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
