1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Akshay Munjal S/o. Yash Pal Munjal, who is Grand-son of deceased. Deceased namely Dr. Ghanshyam Das Munjal, said to be died intestate at New Delhi on 31.10.1985. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". As petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 09.01.2025 for non- availability of identification of the deceased, which is on record.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of the deceased predeceased the deceased. The Son namely Yash Pal Munjal died on 25.07.2024, leaving behind his widow, one son and one daughter. Deceased was survived by one daughterin-law, one grandson, and one grand-daughter. Out of them grand-son is petitioner and daughter-in-law and grand-daughter have given their consents in faovur of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.07.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.

5. There was another petition bearing no. TP-310-2022 is filed for securities in the name of the deceased and the petition was filed by the Son of the deceased Yash Pal Munjal, who died on 25.07.2024 without transferring the securities of the deceased as per the Succession Certificate dated 31.01.2023. In view of the above TP-310-2022 not be treat as cross petition.
