TP/2840/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sameer Logade, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bimal Kantilal Doshi, who is Brother of deceased. Deceased namely Vipulbhai alias Vipul Kantilal Doshi, said to be died intestate at Amreli, Gujarat on 17.11.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. The brother Bhadresh Doshi died on 08.06.2023. Deceased was survived by only one brother, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.07.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Petitioner is sole-surviving legal heir hence, Administration Bond not required. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
