1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Gaurang Haribhai Desai and Nina Gaurang Desai being father and mother of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Radha Gaurang Desai died intestate at Mumbai on 09.07.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Aadhaar Card and Pancard are already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as spinster. Deceased was survived by her mother and father as per section 15(1)(c) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.12.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
