Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that affidavit dated 19.09.2025 filed by the petitioner stating that Brother of the deceased namely, Shivaji died in the year 2005 and his widow also died. Considering the statement made in an affidavit, petitioner is permitted to carryout an amendment in the legal heirs column within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.
