1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Fatima Mohammed Nanabhay being granddaughter of deceased. Deceased namely Fatima Ahmed Nanabhoy died intestate at Mumbai on 08.09.1973. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 19.03.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Mohammed Ahmed Nanabhay died on 22.07.2023 leaving behind his widow and one daughter. Deceased is survived by one daughter-in-law and one granddaughter. Out of them granddaughter is petitioner herein and daughter-in-law has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.07.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 29.12.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
