Heard Ld. advocate for the petitioner. He seeks extension of the time to carry out an amendment, which has been granted by the undersigned officer, vide an order dated 18.08.2025. Considering the submission, the time to carry out an amendment, vide a referred order, stands extended by 04 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner further submits that date of the order is wrongly mentioned as 18.08.2024 instead of 18.08.2025 and same may be corrected.

3. Hence, date of the order dated 18.08.2025 is corrected and read as 18.08.2025 instead of 18.08.2024.

4. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 18.08.2025 will remain as it is.
