In the present matter, by way of Praecipe dated 11.11.2025, the petitioner claimed that they have paid excess court fees.

Hence, present Petition is referred to the Taxing Master for adjudication of court fees. The Taxing Master is requested to quantify the same and in the event, excess court fees is paid, it is to be refunded as per rules.
