The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 Rules and therefore, the petitioner to correct the bond and after having initialed the correction by the petitioner, surety and notary, same shall be uploaded in the CIS.

Petitioner to file the consent affidavit/s of legal heir/s of the deceased or take steps to serve the citation upon the Legal heir/s vide Rule 397 of the BHC Rules.

The petitioner to explain the delay vide Rule 382 of the BHC Rules 2.

Administration bond is defective as surety is one of the legal heirs.
