This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vishwanath Ratnakar Pai being son of deceased. Deceased namely Sunita Ratnakar Pai died intestate at Mumbai on 12.11.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.07.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 04.08.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
