This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Suman Dhuwalia being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Panchulal Dhuwalia died intestate at Hyderabad on 25.12.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 01.03.2025 since, identification proof of deceased is not available. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 21.03.2007. Son of deceased namely Radheshyam died on 17.08.2016 leaving behind one son and one daughter. Deceased was survived by one daughter-in-law, one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them daughter-in-law is petitioner herein and the grandson and granddaughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
