This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mohamed Talha Mhyn, Son Mohamed Hanif Yousuf Nalwala, who is son of deceased. Deceased namely Farida Mohd. Hanif Mhyn alias Farida Mhyn, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 21.05.2012. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". As petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 21.03.2025 for non-availability of identification proof the deceased, which is filed through e-filed.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of the deceased since deceased. Deceased was survived by only one son, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.07.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Petitioner is sole surviving legal heir hence, Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
