1 Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jinesh Bharat Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kiran Bharat Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 07.01.1988. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Ration Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband and mother of deceased since deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 3.9.2025 and Administration Bond dated 29.9.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
