1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Madhuben Kantilal Chhaganlal, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Kantilal Ambalal Chhaganlal, said to be died intestate at West Sussex on 19.10.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by widow, two sons and one married daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both son and daughter have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 31.07.2025 are filed separately through efiling. Another Administration Bond dated 08.01.2026 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
