TP/2934/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Namrata Rayate i/b. Madhuri Gaikwad Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Indira Rajnikant Pancholi and Nilesh Rajnikant Pancholi both being daughter-in-law and grandson of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Chhaganlal Ghelabhai Mistry died intestate at Mumbai on 06.11.2004. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 20.03.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Rajnikant died leaving behind widow, one son and two daughters. Deceased was survived by daughter-in-law, one grandson and two granddaughters. Out of them daughter-in-law and grandson are petitioners herein and both the granddaughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 12.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
