The petitioner to take steps to justify the surety to Administration Bond, in respect of the share of non-consenting Legal heirs of the deceased, upon whom the citation is duly served, vide Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, the petition is adjourned for the steps. 3.

The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420, file affidavit of service as per Rule 397 and justify the share of non-consenting legal heirs as per Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.
