1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that Sadhna Bhargav is alive. However, inadvertently it is mentioned in the legal heirs table as she died on 09.07.2023.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted a family tree, which shows that Balchandra died bachelor and his parents pre-deceased him. His sole sister Chandrakanta pre-deceased him leaving behind her sons, namely Bhaskar and Bhargav, falling under the category of the heirs vide Class-II Entry -IV legal heirs as per the provisions of Sec. 9 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Out of them Bhargav died on 09.07.2023, leaving behind him his widow Sadhana and son-Siddhartha. Therefore, information given in the legal heirs table is required to be corrected/amended, as per the law. Petitioner to move a praecipe for amendment. Hence, adjourned. 3.
