This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Sanket Ashok Mayekar and Mangala Ashok Mayekar being son and daughter of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Ashok Narayan Mayekar died intestate at Mumbai on 09.07.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.09.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 21.08.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
