1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Archana Ravishchandra Chonkar, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Ravishchandra Shantaram Chonkar, said to be died intestate at Panvel on 09.02.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner and both son and daughter have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 23.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.08.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR 09.09.2025
