TP/2978/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Prasad C. Apte, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. The order for issuance of Succession Certificate was passed on 09.09.2025. Thereafter, the office has traced the cross petition bearing TP No. 2806 of 2025. The said TP is filed for Letters of Administration to the properties of Ravishchandra Shantaram Chonkar by petitioner namely Archana Ravishchandra Chonkar and the order for issuance of LA was passed on 17.08.2025.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that the deceased died intested and only immovable property is mentioned in the Schedule of Letters of Administration. No debts and securities are mentioned in the Schedule in the said TP for Letters of Administration. Deceased and petitioner are same and identical persons and the Succession Certificate is filed for one Bank Account in the name of deceased. Therefore, they are not the cross petitions.

3. In view of the above, since the properties are different the said TP No. 2806 of 2025 may not be treated as cross petition and office to proceed for grant of Succession Certificate.
