This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Chetna Arvindbhai Dave, who is Daughter of deceased. Deceased No. (1) namely Arvind Balvantray Dave, said to be died intestate at Adipur, Gujarat on 15.01.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

Deceased No. (2) namely Hansaben alias Hansaben Arvind Dave, said to be died intestate at Adipur, Gujarat on 28.03.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". As petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 08.04.2025 for non-availability of identification proof the deceased, which is filed through e-filed.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the both deceased predeceased the deceased. Both deceased are husband and wife and they survived by only one daughter, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.07.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Petitioner is sole-surviving legal heir hence Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
