TP/2991/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Rohit Vaishya i/b. YMK Legal, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Hemavathi Padmanabha Puthran and Gangadhar Padmanabha Puthran being sister and brother of deceased. Deceased namely Durgadevi Padmanabha Puthran died intestate at Karnataka on 30.01.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as spinster. One brother of deceased namely Raghuveer predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one brother and one sister who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.07.2025 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Petitioner No. 2 has put his thumb impression at the time of filing of the present petition however, the details of the same are not mentioned in the petition. Advocate to take steps accordingly.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
