1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Hemavathi Padmanabha Puthran and Gangadhar Padmanabha Puthran being sister and brother of deceased. Deceased namely Durgadevi Padmanabha Puthran died intestate at Karnataka on 30.01.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as spinster. One brother of deceased namely Raghuveer predeceased the deceased. Another brother of deceased namely Gangadhar died on 25.10.2025 during the pendency of the proceedings and his death certificate is annexed to the Chamber Order No. 16 of 2026. As per para No. 1 of the Affidavitin-Support of the said Chamber Order, brother of deceased namely Gangadhar died as bachelor. Deceased is survived by one sister who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.07.2025 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
