Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted that in order dated 01.10.2025 name of the deceased is incorrectly written as KASIM HUSSEIN SHAJIKH instead of KASIM HUSSEIN SHAIKH. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. In order dated 01.10.2025name of the deceased is corrected and read as " KASIM HUSSEIN SHAIKH".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 01.10.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
