PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajesh Puranmal Bansal, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Puranmal Bhagwandas Bansal, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 29.07.1990. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". As petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 03.05.2025 for non- availability of identification of the deceased, which is on record.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of the deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 14.07.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Petitioner is sole surviving legal heir hence, Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
