1. Perused Petition. Kabir Krishnakant Shukla, a Hindu male, died levaing behind his mother, namely Daisy Irani Shukla, a sole class-I legal heir, as per Sec. 8 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

2. Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are sisters of the deceased, who are falling under Class-II, Entry(II) Legal heirs of the deceased. Hence, in life time of mother, petitioner No. 2 and 3 could not claim an inheritance to the property left by the deceased. Hence, petitioners to take steps to delete name of the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 from the title as well as from the legal heirs table. Hence, adjourned.
