PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Suchita Subhash Thakur, who is Married Daughter of deceased. Deceased No. (1) namely Ganpat Narsinha Desai, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 09.05.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

Deceased No. (2) namely Usha Ganpat Desai, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 17.05.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the both deceased predeceased the deceased. The Ld. Advocate states that the Deceased No. 1 and Deceased No. 2 were husband and wife. Both Deceased was survived by one daughter, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 23.07.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
