PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by six petitioners namely Kalpesh Harshad Shethna, Milin Harshadrai Shethna, Madhvi Asit Parkh, Jhanvi Sundeep Jagasia, Paru Devendra Shethna and Bhairavi Vivek Desai, who are the Nieces and Nephews of deceased. Deceased namely Suresh Harkisandas Sethna, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 10.05.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of the deceased died on 13.04.2020. Deceased died issueless. Brothers of the deceased namely Harshadbhai, Devendra and Pravin predeceased the deceased. Legal heirs para incomplete. Advocate to take steps.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.08.2025 and Administration Bond are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
