1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Kalpesh Harshad Shethna, Milin Harshadrai Shethna, Madhvi Asit Parkh, Jhanvi Sundeep Jagasia, Paru Devendra Shethna and Bhairavi Vivek Desai being Nieces and Nephews of deceased. Deceased namely Suresh Harkisandas Sethna, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 10.05.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 13.04.2020. Brother of deceased namely Harshadbhai died leaving behind two sons. Another brother of deceased namely Devendra died leaving behind two daughters. Remaining brother of deceased namely Pravin died leaving behind two daughters. Deceased was survived by two nephews and four nieces who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.08.2025 and Administration Bond are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
