This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Smita Sriharsha being daughter of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Manohar Atmaram Joshi died intestate at Mumbai on 27.06.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 1 namely Mangala Manohar Joshi died intestate at Andhra Pradesh on 05.09.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 23.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
