1. Petitioner to file official translation of the Will or follow the directions passed by the Hon'ble Court in TP/1263/2023 in respect of translation of the Will.

2. The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 419 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as the the testator/testatrix has impressed the Thumb or signature is different than the language used to prepare the Will.

Ld. Advocate appearing for Mahendra Rajgor submitted that he is going to file caveat, as deceased was not having any right to bequeath the property exceeding her share(i.e. 9%). Ld. Advocate for the Mahendra may take steps as per Rule 401 & 402 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980, if he wishes to.
