TP/3113/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Manoj Mane, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ashwini Anil Tambe nee Sangita Tukaram Kasare who is Sister of deceased. Deceased namely Devdas Tukaram Kasare, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 04.07.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as bachelor. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by only one sister, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.07.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Petitioner is sole surving legal heir hence, Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
