This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Faramroz Soli Colombowalla being son of deceased. Deceased namely Sanum Soli Colombowalla died intestate at Mumbai on 02.03.1988. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated dated 09.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
