This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajan Prasanna Kirtikar being nephew of deceased. Deceased namely Sumedha Prabhat Kirtikar died intestate at Mumbai on 08.12.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Daughter of deceased namely Rubaya predeceased the deceased, who died as spinster. Whereabouts of the son of deceased namely Romulus are not known hence, Advocate to take steps accordingly. As per para No. 4 of the petition, deceased was survived by four nephews and two nieces. Out of them one nephew is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein except the consent of Kartik. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
