TP/3141/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Seegarla Shrikant Murlidhar, Advocate for petitioner. PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shantidevi Gopaldas Mantri alias Shantidevi Mantri, who is Daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Govinddas Mathuradas Mantri, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 02.03.1975. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". As petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 21.03.2025 for non-availability of identification proof the deceased, which is filed through e-filed.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of the deceased since deceased the deceased. Son namely Gopaldas govinddas Mantri expired on 18.03.1987, died leaving behind his wife, two sons and two daughters. Deceased was survived by daughter-in-law, two grand-sons and two grand-daughters. Out of them daughter-in-law is petitioner and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 14.07.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
