1. Heard Ld. advocate for the petitioner. He seeks extension of the time to carry out an amendment, which has been granted by the undersigned officer, vide an order dated 24.06.2025. Considering the submission, the time to carry out an amendment, vide a referred order, stands extended by 04 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order. The re-verification, if any, stands dispensed with. However, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.

Considering the submission, the time to issue citation, vide a referred order, stands extended by 02 weeks, from the date of carrying out the amendment, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order.
