This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rakesh Nanalal Jain being son of deceased. Deceased namely Jamkubai Nanalal Jain died intestate at Mumbai on 15.09.2003. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Election card and Pancard are already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
