1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Amala Vivek Rege being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Bhalchandra Jivaji Parulkar died intestate at Mumbai on 23.07.1948. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Shantabai Bhalchandra Parulkar died intestate at Mumbai on 27.05.1986. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 02.06.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of both the deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. The value of shares owned by deceased No. 1 is Rs.1,13,92,500/- and value of shares owned by deceased No. 2 is also above Rs. 1 crores therefore, petitioner has accordingly paid additional Court fees of Rs.75,000/- on 17.02.2026 by GRN No. MH017322671202526M.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife and their three sons have expired as stated in para No. 4 of the petition. Both the deceased were survived by three grandsons and three granddaughters. Out of them one granddaughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
