1. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the Draft amendment, annexed to the said praecipe, dated 22.07.2025. Proposed amendment is appeared to be relevant in terms of draft amendment. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment. In view of the statement made in para no. 5 re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks extension of the time for issuance of citation, vide an earlier order passed in the petition. Considering the submission, the time to issue citation, vide a referred order, stands extended by 02 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order. Before issuance of citation, office to verify that, citation is not issued herein before and it is not sent to the Sheriff. If same is sent to the Sheriff, then petitioner to pay necessary fees for affixation of citation. 3.
