Petitioner to file official translation of Will or comply with the directions passed by the Hon'ble Court in TP/1263/2023 in respect of the translation of the Will. 2.

The petitioner to file the Consent of the Legal heirs of the deceased, namely Surekha or take steps to serve the citation vide Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

Removed from the Board, with liberty to Ld. Advocate for the petitioner that he shall move the praecipe with details of the compliance of the requisitions raised in the petition vide earlier orders, within 02 days from the date of uploading the document in CIS for listing the matter for passing further order according to Law. Upon receipt of such praecipe, the department to list the petition within 02 days for further order, without fail.
