This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sunanda Sudhakar Shetty being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Sudhakar Pangala Shetty died intestate at Mumbai on 06.04.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 11.03.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 22.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
