TP/3270/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sameer Logade, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kamal Nayan Bang being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ramkumar G. Bang, said to be died intestate at Uttarakhand on 18.05.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of the deceased since deceased. Deceased was survived by four sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 16.07.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. 15.09.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
