TP/3274/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Manan Shah, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rita Suresh Ramourti, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Suresh Ramourti said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 18.02.2001. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". As petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 24.06.2025 for non-availability of identification proof the deceased, which is filed through e-filed.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that father of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by mother, widow and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner and mother and daughter have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 23.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 30.07.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
