This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vidya Vinayak Isloor being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Vinayak Wamanrao Isloor died intestate at Mumbai on 13.04.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and two sons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both the sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.08.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
