1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the renunciation affidavit of Chandresh Shah, who had obtained the earlier probate. She further submits that in the earlier petition, another executor, namely Renuka Daga, had renounced her right to apply for the probate. Hence, this petition for the letters of administration vide Sec. 258 is maintainable for the properties which are came to the knowledge of the Petitioner, after first petition, having TP No. 910/2012.

2. Hence, adjourned for consideration of this point and order, according to Law.
