This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Santosh Tilakraj Malhotra being wife of deceased. Deceased namely Tikajraj Sulekhchand Malhotra died intestate at Mumbai on 23.12.1992. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 11.06.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.08.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed in proper format. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
